ONE HELATHY CHOICE LEADS TO OTHERS!

The most important meal of the day!

As the saying goes, “breakfast is the most important meal of the day,” so start your day right  with something light, simple, and nutritious.


Meal prepping your breakfasts is a great way to begin your day! When you choose to start the  day with something healthy, chances are you will be more inclined to continue on that path for  the rest of the day. Plus, you’ll feel great.


Smoothies make a great breakfast and are super easy to prep! To get started, buy quart sized  freezer-safe plastic zip closure bags (you can rinse and reuse them for the weeks that follow).

Next, you’ll want a bunch of bananas, a bag of fresh spinach, cinnamon, your favorite milk, and  a blend of your favorite frozen fruits, for example, sliced peaches, raspberries, and strawberries.

Add half a banana to each freezer bag, a ⅓ cup of each of your fruits, and a handful of spinach.  Close each bag and place in the freezer. All you have to do in the morning is add a cup of your  favorite milk, a teaspoon of cinnamon, and your freezer pack to the blender, and voila!
